Christmas Letter to Parishioners - 2021

Christ is Born!

Glorify Him!

Dear Parishioners and Friends of St. Nicholas Cathedral.

“Behold, I proclaim to you good news of great joy that will be for all people.

For today in the city of David, a savior has been born for you, who is Christ and Lord” (Luke 2:10-11)

It has been a truly difficult time for many of us within our Parish and beyond, but we are strengthened and sustained by the knowledge that Christ is indeed with us during this festive season. During this joyous period, let us in prayerful adoration before the icon of the Nativity, contemplate the significance of the newly born, Jesus our Savior.

We pray that all of you experience the true joy of the season and transmit this joy with kind gestures, forgiveness, and generosity to all who are in need, those who are suffering or hurting, or those who are without Christ in their hearts, especially during this time of the pandemic, world turmoil and despair.

His Excellency Bishop Benedict, our Reverend Clergy, and the Pastoral Council as well as our Parish organizations sincerely wish everyone a most peaceful, blessed, healthy, and bountiful Holyday Season and New Year.
